Las necesidades de protección de madres migrantes deben ser abordadas sin discriminación. Éstas deben ser protegidas contra cualquier forma de explotación, agresión o violencia sexual a lo largo de las rutas migratorias.
Mothers migrants protection needs must be met without discrimination. They must be protected from any form of exploitation, aggression, or sexual violence along the migratory routes.

Evelin es una mujer guerrera, echada para delante no se detiene por nada hasta cumplir sus sueños y lo que desea… esa es Evelin.
Los retos que enfrenté fueron difíciles, retos de vida o muerte en esa selva, muy feo, guerreando con mis hijos. En un momento sentí que no podría pasar la selva, no veía a mi hija, mi hijo me decía “vamos que sí podemos, sí la vamos a poder alcanzar” porque ella se fue adelante con un grupo de personas que me ayudaron con ella porque lo que había que pasar con ella eran cosas demasiado difíciles que sola no lo hubiese podido pasar, sin ayuda de alguien con ella.
Darle una mejor calidad de vida a mis hijos, a mi familia que dejé en Venezuela, un hijo que también dejé allá… eso, darle una mejor calidad de vida a mis hijos.

Evelin is a warrior woman, she goes forward, she doesn't stop for anything until she fulfills her dreams and what she desires... that is Evelin.
The challenges I faced were difficult, life and death challenges in that jungle, very ugly, fighting with my children. At one point I felt that I could not get through the jungle, I did not see my daughter, my son told me "come on, we can, we will be able to reach her" because she went ahead with a group of people who helped me with her because what I had to go through with her were too difficult things that I could not have gone through alone, without the help of someone with her.
To give a better quality of life to my children, to my family that I left in Venezuela, a son that I also left there... that, to give my children a better quality of life.
